Restoration Team Ltd specialises in the repair and conservation of period properties, listed buildings and historic masonry across London and the South East. Led by Sean White, whose restoration experience dates back to 2000, our team brings practical knowledge gained from hundreds of projects. Sean’s experience includes work on the water tower featured on Grand Designs and working with Lewisham College to train young people in restoration skills. Our services include brick and stone restoration, traditional lime and tuck pointing, lime rendering, DOFF and ThermaTech steam cleaning, paint removal, crack stitching and detailed repairs to stonework, cills and copings. We use materials and repair methods suited to the building, carefully matching existing finishes and retaining original fabric wherever practicable. From localised repairs to larger façade restoration projects, we work with homeowners, contractors, surveyors and conservation professionals to preserve the character of each property.
